Or: The winding path of Royalty.

I usually spend my days wasting my time away at things like reddit and twitter and youtube. I think in a way you could think of me as something like a brainrotten quasi-neet (I do have a job!!!), and while I could see some people being happy doing that, I can't help but imagine that... Life could be so much more.

And that's easy to say, right? I don't think there's anyone who doesn't want their lives to be different in some ways. Some people want to work less, or spend more time with family, or travel.

I want to be More.

What the hell does that mean, you ask? Well...

I have always liked wizards and witches. Not really the kind that have brooms or crystal balls, necessarily, but the ones that are regal. Think of Howl's Moving Castle, you know? Talking with the world, creating , traveling, wearing fancy clothes. Making the universe into a place for your art to take place in. To be the artist above all else. The creator. Powerful. Noble. Strong. Kind, but by choice, because the capacity for ruthlessness is a necessity for the powerful, who need to occasionally make difficult choices.

I want to be like that.

But who we are depend on our daily lives, and what we do. And what do you do when you want to be like that?

What else but Everything?

So a wizard simply doesn't get to stay bored. To let time pass unpunished is a sin when done by the strong, and a mighty ruler should never sin against Themself. Lavish and savor each moment! Paint every picosecond with the joy and wonder of magic and creation, and manipulate reality into your own image, and love yourself, and love life, and love your universe, and love The Universe.

Because it belongs to you.

Here's an exercise! A step by step guide for Royalty, if you will?

1. Take your medication. The Will rules over the flesh through whatever channels it must, and sometimes those must be chemical.
2. Think of your interests. Think of what you want to become. Think of who you are.
3. What behaviors does this person have? What do you Want to do?
4. Write a list with all of them. Doesn't have to be long. A few items will do. One item will do.
5. Use a random number generator of your choice to make the choice for you
6. Once you see the choice it has made, notice how you feel. Your Soul knows what you really want to do. That which you know must be done, even though you may have been denying yourself the realization.
7. Ignore the rng. Follow your Will.
8. Reign.
